Scholarships Available for Wave Week Plus-2010 Moldova June 14, 2010 We recognize that the bad economy is making it difficult for parents to spend money on things they don’t absolutely have to, such as Wave Week Plus Summer Camp. We do not want the cost to prevent interested and qualified students from attending Wave Week Plus, so we have worked to find additional money to pay for scholarships.

We want to announce that a limited amount of money has become available for financial aid, and we have decided to offer half-tuition scholarships (700 lei) to all applicants who are accepted as delegates to Wave Week Plus. In order to be accepted as a delegate, you must speak and understand English and be motivated to learn how to become a youth leader in your community.

You do not have to fill out a separate application for a scholarship. If you are accepted as a delegate to Wave Week Plus after your regular application is received and you are interviewed, you will pay only 700 lei to attend Wave Week Plus Camp. The scholarship fund will pay the other half of the tuition for you.
